Just writing to let you know the wonderful experience we had buying a house in Sweet Idaho with your agent, CG Hinrichsen. In most cases, the two words, "Wonderful" & "Experience" don't go together, explaining a home purchase. We were at a disadvantage when it came to purchasing a home, especially trying from another state. CG made it very easy for us all the way. She gave us the best experience, with a realtor we have ever had. ( This was our 3rd time purchasing a house.) From my very 1st email to Zillow at midnight, looking for a realtor to help, she was the 1st to respond, early the next morning. She was ready to show me the house that very day. Let me tell you she is one brave woman as this house was way up in the boonies in Boise. We decided not to go with that house but found another one and she was more than happy to help us get it. Unfortunately we were back in California. She was on top of it. Had it not been for her foresight & tenacity, we doubt the purchase would have gone through. She seemed to have anticipated all the nessasary moves, to move forward. We have never dealt with a house having a well, septic tank or acreage. It was very wise of her to suggest we get all of those items checked. It really confirmed things and gave us peace of mind. Most of this was done remotely & electronically. It sure helped to have someone working on our behalf. She was with us every step of the way. If CG couldn't be there, she made sure someone was there to meet us, like you Tracy, when we met you at your office to have our loan paperwork copied. We really appreciated your help as well. Just know this is not something we do without considerable thought. It is only because it is of rarest occasion that we have had a smooth experience purchasing a home. Just the signing alone, being in another state was made easy by CG. She was there by phone, to explain as we did each step. Please feel free to share this letter to whomever you choose. We sure feel CG went above and beyond and should be acknowledged for it. In closing, we now consider CG a new great friend in our new home state of Idaho. I first met CG through my son and his wife. She was helping them find a manufactured home. About that same time the housing market was going crazy, and I decided I would make a change too. CG started showing me retirement homes and it quickly became obvious that as high priced as my house was, so were the ones I was looking at. Finally, my son, his wife and I decided we would pool our resources. CG changed gears on the proverbial dime and started showing us multi-generational homes on small parcels of land. I think she took us over the entire valley showing us whatever was out there. It became rather depressing after the 5th month of not finding anything, but CG kept her positive attitude going strong and continued to tell us our home was out there, and we would find it, just keep the faith. Well, she was right, we finally found it. Her help did not stop there though. She then proceded to list my house two days before I left for Europe and then have open houses almost every single day I was gone. My neighbors could not believe it! Unfortunately, the market took a downward turn, and the interest rate took an upward turn and the interest in my house cooled way down. CG did not let that stop her enthusiasm or her positive attitude. I think she must be the most hardworking person I have ever met! Suffice it to say, I got a buyer, and her hard work did not stop there. She explained the entire closing process so I could understand it. She also came to the closing. It was a good thing too since there was a major mistake that she caught. Through this entire process I felt that I have made a friend that I hope to keep for many years to come. I would refer anyone I know and feel assured that they would have the best of the best. Her knowledge base is awesome, and her caring attitude is unsurpassed.

CG stood by us through all our offers and CG helped us look at so many houses. CG made us feel like we not only had a very professional relationship but gained a wonderful friend. Even when we were disappointed CG stood by our side and kindled hope that the right house will come along and it did!

CG miraculously came into my life at a very difficult time. I had lost my husband and had extremely painful events here with the family here locally. Due to a newly identified disability I was very frightened and in a dark place in my life. My only option was to sell the house. CG made that happen for me. Every step of the journey CG was with me helping to guide me through a very difficult passage. I became acquainted with CG in Oct 2018. CG was a referral to help us sell our family condo in the Grove Hotel after my mother passed away. I have learned a lot about CG. I could not ask for a better representative for our family in the sale of this property. CG spent many hours presenting the property to potential buyers, her use of the internet to show the property included a drone video showing the assets of the property. CG took great care that the visual presentation of the condominium was outstanding anytime she showed the condo. CG networked within the community of the the other owners and residents of the condominiums at the Grove Hotel. CG communicated with us reviewing the end result of her efforts for the week .
